If this review was 10+ years ago, it would not be 5 stars. However, my mother and sister came with me to add a name to a checking account. Originally we had our appointment at the HMB branch, but due to technical outage we drove to Pacifica. When we arrived in Pacifica, the branch manager was helpful and Diego Bendana, Relationship Banker, was our hero. He made the transaction efficient and was thoroughly pleasant considering our frustration. Diego was super impressive, and I look forward to working with him again.
I went to this location towards closing hours,and I would like to thank Erik for his immediate help, and expertise. I’ll be recommending him to my father who has been with BoA for over 30+ years! Thank you, again.
No issues got my money no problem
They might as well just close this branch. I have heard nothing but horror stories about having to drive over the hill just for basic help.
