I have been coming to Bank of America for years and this has to be the most unorganized, non customer service bank we have ever dealt with
The teller that assisted me a couple days ago, Sophia I believe her name was, at B of A in Bonny Lake did a great job and was very pleasant. I rarely go into banks any more as I no longer am running businesses and am with my beautiful wife in our motorhome. But we had to get a fairly large amount of cash deposited quickly before the crypto craze exploded. Anywho, everything has panned out thankfully from getting the funds through... 5 stars!!!!!!
