Never open! What are with these hours? They might as well not have a branch in BL. I have to go to Puyallup literally every time anyway
1 teller. Longest wait times. 20 minutes and counting. 3 customers have left because of the long lines. 3 additional bankers wandering around the bank. None of them has customers. HATE this branch!
Closes way too early in the day to accommodate customers needs. No drive up banking and when I bring a check to deposit, I should be able to have 100% access to my funds aka check. I was told by a clerk that I can’t deposit half my check into my checking account and have some cash withdrawn for me too. Such b.s.
