I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bank of America, and I must say that my experience was outstanding, largely due to the incredible support provided by the branch manager, Lindsay. Susan was phenomenal, honestly. I only came in to get my debit card replaced after it went through an entire dryer cycle and not only did she help me with that, she was showing me a bunch of other things that I can do and accomplish through my mobile app, which was very useful along with educating me on things that I did not know about, when I’ve been a part of Bank of America for 14 years. Very pleasant experience with her.
This bank and specifically this location should be an example to all banks and customer service based businesses for that matter. Tara our client relations representative was absolutely exemplary and made the process quick and painless. The wife and I left with everything we needed completed and smiles across our faces. Couldn’t rate our experience with this BofA or Tara any higher!
Awesome experience with Mr. Scott taking us in without an appointment. Fast and courteous service. Getting things done was our priority, and this was the place to get it done.
Wonderful customer service! I came in to open a specific type of account and Lindsey brought up some unique questions which prompted me to get clarification on and Tara handled opening the account and was professional but very personable! Hope to be a lifelong customer!
