Worst bank! Had to go there 3 times to reset password that was never correct on new debit card. 1 or 2 tellers ever. No drive through. Different information from different manager. Definitely closing account and going somewhere else.

Susan was phenomenal, honestly. I only came in to get my debit card replaced after it went through an entire dryer cycle and not only did she help me with that, she was showing me a bunch of other things that I can do and accomplish through my mobile app, which was very useful along with educating me on things that I did not know about, when I’ve been a part of Bank of America for 14 years. Very pleasant experience with her.
