Very polite clean and easy to get it done loving it
The teller at the business client window said he wasn’t open. No priority given to business clients when that window is not open. I’ll take my multimillion dollar business accounts elsewhere.
Most of the time you have to wait. Staff are nice
As a new customer coming from Chase, I was held out perfectly and they were very thorough. Great job bank manager is very cool.
Today I was helped by Senior Banker Susanna Torosian. If I could give her more than five stars I would. She had excellent customer service skills and was very helpful. I very much appreciated it. She explained things well and helped me find a solution to my question. Thank you, Bank Of America for having such a wonderful employee.
