DONT TRUST the ATM. Tried to withdraw but no cash dispensed. Tried all 3 machines at location. No cash but they did debit my account for 600. Now I'm finding it impossible to retrieve my money. So where is it? All they can say is I'm on camera. Yes I know and thank God but they still don't give a shit. And all the agencies I've contacted are absolutely no help. I just want to write my reviews about my experience on this location! We applied a HELOC loan and after a month of waiting FOUND OUT that the loan officer did not submit our LOAN APPLICATION! SHE'S NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. She clearly told as after 1 or 2 weeks someone will call us but after more than a month theres no update! I Contacted her through emails and NO response at all. DISAPPOINTED! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
I went to the branch to deposit a business check that I’ve successfully deposited before without any issue. An associate insisted that I use the ATM instead of the teller, even after I explained that doing so could cause a hold. Against my better judgment, I followed her direction — and now my funds are being held for 10 days because of her incompetence.
