I just want to write my reviews about my experience on this location! We applied a HELOC loan and after a month of waiting FOUND OUT that the loan officer did not submit our LOAN APPLICATION! SHE'S NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. She clearly told as after 1 or 2 weeks someone will call us but after more than a month theres no update! I Contacted her through emails and NO response at all. DISAPPOINTED! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
I went to the branch to deposit a business check that I’ve successfully deposited before without any issue. An associate insisted that I use the ATM instead of the teller, even after I explained that doing so could cause a hold. Against my better judgment, I followed her direction — and now my funds are being held for 10 days because of her incompetence.
