Mary Nobel (VP/Manager) provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She was unable to assist with a simple application verification, offered no support to the teller, and repeatedly stated she was “too busy” because she was waiting for an appointment. I was specifically instructed to come in at that time, so I reasonably believed that was my appointment. Worst bank in America. Bank of scam. Every time I deposit cash, under $150, under $100, amount doesn't matter. They freeze my accounts. For DEPOSITING CASH. and it's every time. I'm an American born, natural citizen, and apparently it's a crime to deposit $100 cash? Disgusting.
Very polite clean and easy to get it done loving it
The teller at the business client window said he wasn’t open. No priority given to business clients when that window is not open. I’ll take my multimillion dollar business accounts elsewhere.
