I went to bank of American on Monday date April,20 to deposit a few hundred euros to my business account and the teller said that their system for this kind of transaction is down plus her colleague is not there to help her to make that transaction. It’s just insane that they can’t do it since I have an account my colleague took my money and went to cross street to chase and deposit the money to his account with in 2 mins and he Zelle it to my account. I’m think of moving my account to chase cause of small things like that.

Can I give a score less than 1 star? This place doesn’t want to help you at all if you just need basic account maintenance. I came in for simple things like changing my address and downgrading my account, and I was told to call customer service while I was literally standing in the lobby. They always say they’re short-staffed—every single time. It’s super unprofessional and honestly feels lazy. CUSTOMER SERVICE OF KERIM IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. There’s no line it’s not busy at all but he doesn’t allow me to change my Address which is not working if I change it by myself online. He said I don’t have schedule. I did everything beg and say Please since they are not busy no people at all but he still chose his pride by not letting me change my Address for a personal bank statement needed.
