Every person, no matter what their job in this Bank of America location, has always been very courteous, knowledgable & friendly. Every bank teller that I’ve ever worked with has been patient & helpful; never making me feel rushed. They all seem to know their jobs very well & answer any questions that I’ve ever had; whether it be for personal banking, credit card, estate or any of my banking needs; I would rate this Bank of America location 5+ stars & highly recommend it.
Awful. I got there at 4:35. Waited 10 minutes in line and got to the counter at 4:45 and they said they couldn’t help me change my name in the system because they were about to close. Very rude about it
