Excellent customer service including accepting deposits while you're waiting in line for a teller! I worked for over 25 years in banking, including time on the retail side (that's the side that deals with regular people) and I've never witnessed a customer service rep helping people in line to reduce their time waiting. Aside from this I've been with B of A for over two years and I've never had a problem with their own online banking app or any transactions with tellers or CSR's ...
