I went to this bank to report the loss of my credit card, and I was received by a young lady named Nassima, who was very welcoming, kind, and friendly. Worse experience! I been a customer of Bank of America for about 10+ years now, every branch I went so far was a good experience except this one .. I went to notarize a letter today at this Bank of America. As soon as I walking Craig was standing there at the front desk socializing with another colleague and the bank was slow and empty. So I waited there once they done they asked me how can they help me. So I told them that I’m there to get notarized a letter.
