The chinese lady she work here she is terrible disrespectful and rude, when someone talk with her she letting people talking then she leave them while they talking this is not first time happens its always. I decided to close my account to go to different bank because of her and maroan Jordanian man he used to work at this location before they are both is terrible .
Not enough personell to run the bank efficiently. Have a business teller line, but rarely a teller there. People need to be cross-trained so that when your 'valued customers' are waiting overly long in line, someone can step in and help. Tellers are being asked to perform tasks that should be handled at a desk. Have been disappointed in teller service since opening my business account. When my business loan is finished with you, I will be completely finished with you and will move my accounts.
Stay away from anything Bank of America, they have the most horrible people in the world working for them.
Horrible service!!!! The people are nice but there is always a huge wait… the line wrapped around the lobby and there are only 2 tellers. There are 8 available spots but only 2 working. There are two hosts walking around trying to help but the people need access to their accounts not a friendly smile!!!!!
I have been a longtime client of Bank Of America, I opened a custodial account for my nephew who is now of age and he worked with Albania. She explained everything from start to finish to him. He invest into some CD”s with a great return. She has earned Bank of America a new life long client. Thank you for all your kindness & Knowledge. 10/10
