The absolute worst bank ever. Super slow. Understaffed. In line for an hour to cash a check.
Evan Willhite was very helpful , this location was very efficient & time considerate .
They don’t know what they are doing and nobody is leading the ship. This location tried telling my partner who has had an account for 15 years, that both names on a Federal tax return check had to be account holders. Mind you this was only for a nominal amount. Additionally we came in two weeks prior with our State refund and the teller was great and we were out the door in 3 minutes without interrogation, insult, or having a manager “do us a favor”. Your results may vary.
Waited in line for 20 minutes and barely moved. By my estimate it would have taken over 1 hour to be helped. Account holders are virtually stock holders and should be treated with more respect.
