Apparently this branch is closing there doors in September. I'm not surprised. They don't have very good customer service. They don't smile, they don't talk to you. I tried to carry a conversation with the teller, no response. You say you can go to the ATM. I was depositing cash. I will not put cash in the ATM. I have done it before you had a 3rd party take care of the deposits. It took me 3 months to get my money do to the machine taking my money and saying something went wrong. Had a bad experience here. I came in to cash my last check from my previous employer was denied and was told I couldn’t cash out a Bank of America check from my job because it doesn’t look like the other checks my jobs issued well not everything is the same my previous employer just got a new HR team a few weeks ago…. Very disappointed and I don’t know if I should be insulted like if they were trying to accuse me of fraud or something
Nice service, but closing at 4PM seems to be a bit too early. At least close at 4:30 or 5! Only can make it here with 10 minutes to spare usually. Location by the mall closes at 5 but is quite a drive and can be busy (service is good there as well)
