Everyone was very nice but the man who was working checking and saving was absolutely rudee!!!! He had no right to speak to me that way .He had no right to yell at me and give me aditude !

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service my elderly parents have received at your bank. It is unconscionable that a long-standing customer, who has banked with your institution since the Boatmen's Bank days, is treated with such disrespect. The requirement to schedule appointments for basic banking needs is inconvenient for anyone, but particularly for seniors. every teller knows your name and couldn’t be more helpful
I booked an appointment to help me open an HSA.They confirmed my schedule but when I came as early as 10am they told me that they can’t help me and gave me a number to call instead. They apologized but it could have been better if they called me that they can’t help me with it or just don’t confirm my appointment. You can email,call or text me that you’re not able to help me open an account but none of these happened. I just wasted my time and gas driving to the bank. I accepted your apology but it could have been better.
