My experiences with this location prior to 10/31/2025 were less than positive. Out of a need for proximity, I opted to get an appointment at this location to help me close out an account with Bank of America and their Estate Services team. Thankfully, I was blessed with the opportunity to meet with Kit Oden. Kit committed to helping me resolve my issues and get closure. She is kind, professional and thorough. to make the situation short- terrible attitude with staffing here. also they DID NOT help us at all. after 10+ years we finally had enough and closed our account with them and went to a different bank that was nothing but nice!! do not recommend evening stopping by this bofa.
Long Wait. Please bring a lawn chair and a pack of beer. You will be in this line for extremely long time. They are extremely short staffed at this location.
Just echoing a lot of the other comments here. They aren't the easiest to work with, and I just had enough and closed my accounts. I've had great experiences with BoA in general, but this was the closest branch to me now, and I didn't want to deal with them regularly.
They are trashy people n do not care about their clients! They ignore n don't wait on you.
