to make the situation short- terrible attitude with staffing here. also they DID NOT help us at all. after 10+ years we finally had enough and closed our account with them and went to a different bank that was nothing but nice!! do not recommend evening stopping by this bofa.Â
Long Wait. Please bring a lawn chair and a pack of beer. You will be in this line for extremely long time. They are extremely short staffed at this location.Â
Just echoing a lot of the other comments here. They aren't the easiest to work with, and I just had enough and closed my accounts. I've had great experiences with BoA in general, but this was the closest branch to me now, and I didn't want to deal with them regularly.Â
They are trashy people n do not care about their clients! They ignore n don't wait on you.Â
Today, I had the privilege of visiting the bank in Fenton, where I received exemplary and highly attentive assistance from Ms. Vanessa Valerio. Her professionalism, meticulous care, and unwavering dedication were truly commendable. I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional service she rendered.Â
