Long Wait. Please bring a lawn chair and a pack of beer. You will be in this line for extremely long time. They are extremely short staffed at this location.
Just echoing a lot of the other comments here. They aren't the easiest to work with, and I just had enough and closed my accounts. I've had great experiences with BoA in general, but this was the closest branch to me now, and I didn't want to deal with them regularly.
They are trashy people n do not care about their clients! They ignore n don't wait on you.
Today, I had the privilege of visiting the bank in Fenton, where I received exemplary and highly attentive assistance from Ms. Vanessa Valerio. Her professionalism, meticulous care, and unwavering dedication were truly commendable. I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional service she rendered.
The staff at this location are extremely rude. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. They assume everyone should know you need an appointment to walk into a bank to conduct business. When you don’t have said appointment they try to make you feel bad for showing up. Banking sure has changed and that home town feel is out the window! Now you just get rude and arrogant people that make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them.
