Constant headache. Made an appointment to open an account. This branch couldn't figure it out and I was sent to Lake City. Came in another time to ask for wire transfers and was advised against it - with no other options given. Went to Wallingford for assistance. Came in to finalize distribution and close the account. Was told to wait on closing and I could "call in" to close. Called customer service and was told the closing for this type of account had to be done in person. This branch has really gone downhill the last couple years. For many years it was a real neighborhood bank and the staff knew regulars and lived in the community etc... now its just another big corporate bank branch. Plus the drivethru ATM is busted AGAIN and the walkup one is neither winter covered nor safer in a vestibule that requires card key access.
Won't cash a check that is drawn from there bank !!! Joke
