This branch has really gone downhill the last couple years. For many years it was a real neighborhood bank and the staff knew regulars and lived in the community etc... now its just another big corporate bank branch. Plus the drivethru ATM is busted AGAIN and the walkup one is neither winter covered nor safer in a vestibule that requires card key access.
Won't cash a check that is drawn from there bank !!! Joke
I was in few other branches of Bank of America which have wonderful service but in this no one is asking for what you are looking so the costumer service isn't going well
Everyone was nice, everything went smoothy and I was out in ten minutes. I probably have to go inside the bank once every few years and it can be stressful, but it wasn't today.
