In a stressful time when I am dealing with the death of a family member, Bank of America has been HORRIBLE to work with. It has been 6 months and in spite of providing all the required letters of testamentary months ago, and being asked to jump through various hoops, and wasted many hours and appointments at the branch or talking to different departments, I am still exactly where I was when I started this process. I have left 2 messages for the staff member that helped me at this branch, but have yet to receive a call back. ... read more

No tellers...... all 4 staff are ignoring the 3 customers waiting in line for help.... when asked if i can get help to make a withdrawal i was told to use the ATM...... worst branch experience everÂ
