I have been a Bank of America small business customer for 20 years. I have slowly moved accounts away because they are so difficult to deal with, but I still have a credit card there primarily because I get to earn Alaska air miles. It’s almost not worth the trouble as dealing with Bank of America and their restrictive and rigid policies is a huge hassle and taking to customer service is rarely fast or fun.

In a stressful time when I am dealing with the death of a family member, Bank of America has been HORRIBLE to work with. It has been 6 months and in spite of providing all the required letters of testamentary months ago, and being asked to jump through various hoops, and wasted many hours and appointments at the branch or talking to different departments, I am still exactly where I was when I started this process. Very cold,no interaction almost as if below the teller ,do not like this branch,customers give you a job you should learn to act that way
