Horrible customer serviceÂ
I went in to order currency for my trip abroad, I was the only customer in the large, empty, bank with multiple employees behind the counter. They told me to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. I left and went to Key bank and the ordered the Euros immediately and they even remembered my name from the last time I was in.Â
Not only have I had endless trouble with their customer service, but today I parked in their parking lot about 30 min before closing. I went in to make sure this was ok since I am customer anyways and was told that should be fine especially since they had no customer, an empty lot, and were closing. Well I just came outside to find my car towed and the towing company informed me that they were called and requested by the bank to personally tow my car. Needless to say I am absolutely livid.
