The B of A location at Tatum and Cave Creek Rd in Arizona is terrible. I just walked in to get my signature notarized. The woman looked down on me and asked me what I needed. I told her I needed a notary to verify my signature for my document. She walked over to me. She did not even call me to the counter she was standing at. She asked to see the document. I handed it to her and proceeded to get my ID ready. She then stood there reading my whole document and told me that she could not help me because she needed all 28 pages.... read more

This team runs the branch very well. They know how to take care of their customers. They are knowledgeable, quick to assist, and work as a true team. They often great customers by name as they enter. Kudos!
