This is a sin this bank is a garbage don’t open account here i deposited my check to cover my rent then they returned and became no founds for rent they charged $50 fee It was their mistake when i deposited it when through I don’t understand why they screwed my balance they did again the deposit same check they just say sorry but no credit about $50 😡
The way that lady who was running the lobby smiled at me while also letting me know I had got on her last nerve for doing absolutely nothing should be studied. Cuz I thought it was only my mother who could smile while showing teeth and aggression.
The staff here is very disrespectful impatient they would rather be on their cell phone texting, chatting within themselves, then help any of the customers on the line. You can walk into this branch and never be acknowledged by anyone line or no line. The lady at the counter with the glasses is very disrespectful. She just yelled at an elderly woman that had some trouble she could’ve just gave her a little bit more time to find her belongings. This is by far the worst Bank of America branch that I’ve been to in this country.... read more
