The staff here is very disrespectful impatient they would rather be on their cell phone texting, chatting within themselves, then help any of the customers on the line. You can walk into this branch and never be acknowledged by anyone line or no line. The lady at the counter with the glasses is very disrespectful. She just yelled at an elderly woman that had some trouble she could’ve just gave her a little bit more time to find her belongings. I got an email saying they canceled my appointment, after I checked in with the greeter and after he spoke with the loan officer. They told me I've to wait an an hour because they just took a walk in person.. I had an appointment confirmation.. There are no words to explain the unprofessionality of these people.
Terrible service. I waited an hour to open an account and in the end I had to leave.
Terrible service, terrible management, and the manager is completely rude and misinformed. My brother went there to open an account with an ITIN number, and she told him his ITIN was temporary, which doesn't exist. Even after being informed of this, she continued to refuse to open the account before even verifying the information. My sister-in-law was there days before and opened her account with an ITIN number similar to my brother's. This makes no sense at all. They should have qualified people working with the public.
Went in to withdraw funds from an account set up by NJ Disability. One teller inside the bank with no one else to help. After 20 minutes of waiting in line I was told I could not access funds because I didn't hold an account. I had been using the Maplewood location for months prior to but unfortunately their machine was down. Worse customer service and why would the policy be different from branch to branch with a corporation.
