Went in to withdraw funds from an account set up by NJ Disability. One teller inside the bank with no one else to help. After 20 minutes of waiting in line I was told I could not access funds because I didn't hold an account. I had been using the Maplewood location for months prior to but unfortunately their machine was down. Worse customer service and why would the policy be different from branch to branch with a corporation.Â

Excellent experience! We worked with Christopher Cato to complete an indirect rollover for our retirement account. Christopher was able to cut through the red tape to quickly complete our rollover quickly given our 60 day window was about to expire. We felt the bankers were highly respectful and addressed our needs directly and with priority.Â
Went to open a account yesterday. The banker Vinny was a great help. Explain everything step by step easy process no confusion. Basically had me leaving worry free that I can trust this bank. Thank you again VinnyÂ
