Unexceptable service here … I walked into the bank wanting to get my check deposited into my account however the manager denied service although I had my id with me and my Apple Pay card totally disgusted with the service I’ve received this bank branch sucks Manager on duty Antonio brown
I was going to make a deposit and they didn’t accept my ID for no reason, it’s my license valid for 5 years and according to them I can’t make the deposit
I don't understand the negative reviews... The woman who received me at the reception had a smile. The bank is very clean and well arranged. I have been in contact with Dainelys and Jaime, for two different appointments, everything has been OK. No problem. These people are nice and professional. Yes, there are a lot of people, but we are in Miami, not in the middle of the countryside! Thanks to BofA...
I used to be able to come here to exchange small bills into bigger bills but I was denied that service claiming that I need an account with them to do such a simple task that I’ve been doing at this location for years. Just that interaction alone makes me really not want to open an account with them.
