The worst how are your systems down on a Friday! So dumb!. And not to mention they promote tap on your phone "for convenience " and then tell you no we can't do it. 🙄

I had a bad experience with fifth third bank and was recommended to come to Bank of America. Absolutely best decision ever. The lady Evelyn Gaona who helped me open my business and personal account was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all the cool features of the app. She even merged my accounts all into one. Definitely impressed and super happy to have made the switch. I am now a “BofA” customer for life. A million stars!!!!

I had a wonderful experience opening my bank account with Jorge! He was exceptionally kind, patient, and thorough when explaining the different account options and credit card rewards.
