Needed a document notarized. My daughter has multiple accounts. The gentleman at the door was courteous and we did tell him that I didn’t have an account but my daughter did. He said it would be a 15 minute wait. After a 1:2 hour the gentleman doing the notarizing informed us that since I didn’t have an account we were out of luck. Not good!Â
Incompetent staff lazy. No one customers present however they’re too lazy to do anything. Make an appointment they say and they make you wait foreverÂ
