Worst customer service Ive every experienced from a company and not likely to do business with them again. Corrupt and fraudulent practices and many representatives lying on a recorded line. I even had to 3 way them with Chase and even had them call you liars and to process the transaction(which you never did). Ultimately I decided to not do business anymore with Bank of America and closed my account in its entirety ..
