In this branch, the lady ( I think her name was Aiza )at the door was very polite at first, but as soon as she realized I was there for a FIFA bracelet, she suddenly changed her attitude and said very rudely that we don't have it and said I don't know why this is so important to you people that you come and ask every day. First of all, I'm not a beggar.Im a platinum client.

I came here urgently because my debit card was blocked due to a fraud transaction, and I needed cash right away. I was a bit worried at first because the reviews weren’t very high, but my experience turned out to be positive. A male staff member was very kind and helpful. Even though my card was blocked, he assisted me in accessing the money in my account and withdrawing cash, which really helped in a stressful situation. I really appreciate the support and professionalism. Thank you for your help.

BEWARE OF THEIR ATMS! while the staff there are nice their atms not so much as of mid of 2025 and the second day of February of 2026 the atms have read error of my checks and one even shut down while going through transactions! I’m done with their ATMs I’m going somewhere else to deposit!
