Good bank with notary available
I went in for a simple wire transfer. I was greeted pleasantly enough and was told they don't do transfers at the counter. I was told I needed to wait for someone and that it would be 5-10 minutes. I was left to sit in a waiting area for 30 minutes without any updates or follow-ups, opened up my e-trade app and did the wire transfer and left.
This is in a business park which is far more private/secure. An abundance of convenient parking which they validate, a nice drive-up ATM and few customers, so the wait time in the branch is usually minimal to none. Staff can appear a little disheveled at times, but are pleasant and professional nonetheless. Happy to bank here.
