This branch of Bank of America deserves no star at all! I was there yesterday February 5, 2025 trying to deposit money and I did not have my ID or debit card on me. I was helped by the manager hispanic lady with blonde hair.our conversation was in Spanish and I am not sure if she decided to speak Spanish to me so others wouldn’t understand what was going on.I told her if I could use my student ID to verify my identity and she said that wasn’t allowed.She told me I could get a virtual card using the app and used it at the ATM... read more
