(update I have started a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau against Bank of America because I complained about the hold they put on my account, I can no lon log into my account it says there is no record found and I still never received my check I have submitted all of my evidence to this agency and hoping I hear back from them soon I am not able to pay my bills because this bank wants to play games.) this is insane if I lose my car or apartment I will be using bank of America I'm starting to regret I op... read more
Helpful and knowledgeable staff the only issue is that they're only open until 4PM unlike all other reputable Banks and institutions in the area. That's very Inconvenient for Business Owners like myself. The Management should understand that we are no longer in a Covid-19 "Crisis" and the bank should go back to normal operating hours. Other than that, this branch is way better than most other Bank of America branches in the Montgomery County Area.

Only being open until 4pm makes more difficult for businesses like ours when we show up to deposit Checks that can't be deposited at the ATM or using the Mobile App and the bank is already closed. The hours should be set to normal 9 to 5 business hours hours like every other branches or even every other bank like Chase, Capital One, Truist, etc... On the other hand, the folks that wok here are are phenomenal! Highly Educated Indivuduals that go the "extra mile" to help out and make sure your questions are answered.
