I went in and Cindy helped me with everything I needed she was so kind professional and clear and helped me clear any confusion I had when I entered the building Thank you again Cindy I hope if go back your the one that helps me again
Poor customer service. Only 1 teller with long lines, being ignored by the associates. Poor poor service. Bunch of lazy associates that don’t want to work from what it appears. Customers cutting the line with no order. I would avoid coming to this branch in the future at all costs.
Ridiculously slow. I am a long time preferred client AND today I wasted an hour waiting for the notary service to notarize one page document - just my signature. Subsequently, I was denied notarization "because we cannot write with a pen and you have to re-do your document to allow for our print-out of notarization" (???!!!). I crossed the street and found a perfectly fine notary at the tax prep place who could write with a pen, notarized my signature and off I went. Beurk to BofA customer service.
Alexandro was great assisted me and my wife through the whole process of our 3 years old check and I really appreciate it. Employee of the year. Thanks Alexandro
