Always poor customer service and bad experience when I come here. They told me over the phone I have to come in the branch to close out my CD acct. That to begin with is bad, other banks let you transfer the fund once it mature electronically. Then when i get there, they tell me i have to come back tomorrow. Waste of my time. Never going to that branch nor opening any CDs w BOA.

dreadful business model the bank officers are very helpful with opening account but they always have long lines - never enough tellers - you have to wait forever to complete simple transactions. I hate coming here!

“Faced with a very foolish employee. I was waiting for 15-20 minutes on the line and when got to window Without any reason, he told me I had to wait for 20 minutes. I thought maybe he had an appointment, but no — I kept waiting, while other customers came after me, got their work done, and left. I was still waiting. He was sitting right in front of me, shamelessly doing his work and ignoring me.”
