I'm going to preface this with that I'm a busy small business owner and simply thought going into this bank would be helpful. Went in for a change in arm pin and deposit of two checks which never happened after collecting my id and debit card. This is what's wrong with Bank of America no customer service and care about people.
Terrible
The branch is very far away, but the service I received was very good.
