I went to this bank on 9/25 between 3:30-3:45. The ATM outside and inside was not working. The tellers including manager refused to withdrawal cash from my account. I was trying to catch a flight and had ID and passport needed to verify and withdrawal cash. They were very rude and when I went to go try and use the ATM machine agains they told me I had to go to the back of the line. My wife came in frantic about the time it was taking to simply withdraw cash and other customers seemed to care but they ignored us and did not. ... read more
