The service here isn't bad, the hours of operation though is unreasonable. They don't work regular bank hours, they work less than any normal American, so you need to take time off of work just to get in to see a person
The worst bank ever ... Useless to open at 10am & proceeded to tell me they could no cash a check because I would not open an account ....... I will never again accept any bank of America checks
Wife took her friends that just came to America to open a joint checking account. Called me because she couldn't understand her. I couldn't understand her either on the phone and English is my first language. Was saying something about changing Apple ID to US, which the phone was bought in the US and she didn't offer to help or really explain it/couldn't explain it.
