This Weston BOA branch is a joke. I live in Weston but was turned away because I was told I need a appointment for everything (Platinum plus membership is not helping either). Ended up drove to Waltham main street right after this - need to open a junior account for my kid. Waltham service is so much better with hardworking people. I've been avoiding this Weston branch but thought might want to give it a try. Sigh...
I went to weston BOA, want to open joint account with my son, there is no customers there at all, but the lady at the desk said we still need to make an appointment. This is not the first time this has happened, so we just went to waltham office instead. much better service in Waltham. I guess I will not go to weston office. I gave 5 stars to waltham office!
They are very helpful and friendly.
