I had a fantastic experience with Pamela at this BOA branch. I came in without an appointment, but did not have to wait very long. She was very kind, direct, and assisted me with my banking needs. I felt very welcomed, supported, and respected. She also took the time to personally call me to follow up on our appointment.Thank you for all that you do!!

Ari, Suba, and literally everyone at this branch are very wonderful to work with. They always make everyone feel welcomed and are always willing to help with a smile on their faces. There are a couple of BOA branches around my work, but I always drive the extra mile just because of them. Thanks for all that you do!
I did not get proper help from this bank, they just left me on the phone. I came to the bank to be helped, because if it was on the phone I wouldn't come to clarify things, so I came to clarify, but the manager (Sonja) told me the opposite even knowing that I don't understand English well on the phone , she shouldn't have done that
