All the advantages of a big corporate bank with the friendly and helpful service of a small local bank. If you're with BofA this branch is one of the best you'll find for customer friendliness. Drive through is often the same time spent as going in, so don't bother with the drive through, go in and say hi (and grab a lollipop). ATM in the lobby has after hours access, handy when you need it.
only reason I gave full star is because there is no 1/2 star , I went in to talk with a account specialist , she was busy with a customer and I under stand this can take time , BUT when the account specialist came over to me and told me I should have made an appointment Well that's not how customer service works , I got the impression I was a bother to this woman so I left , closed the account in question on line after talking to the 800 customer service number , so if you have business at this location call the 800 number P... read more
