Ms Laxmi Shrestha attended to me in a very professional, prompt and efficient manner. The customer service was excellent. I already highly recommended her to my relatives and friends. The entire staff at Bank of America was very courteous and helpful as well.

Retail banks as a rule are pretty awful, but this one is next level bad. Three times we went in to try to add me to a family member’s account (twice with an appointment, only to be made to wait while staff were standing around doing nothing) and all three times we left not being able to do it. I freeze my credit reports as any smart investor goes. This is disgusting! This is terrible! The bank employees could not send my dollars to Georgia. You do not live in 2025, but in the 16th century.
Horrible staff at this location. Everyone is slow, uninterested and look miserable. I waited online for 10 minutes to get to a teller just to be told they aren’t accepting coins till Friday morning. What bank doesn’t accept coins until a certain day? They were trying to tell me to come back tomorrow, yea I am just going to carry this all the way home then all the way back tomorrow, forget that! Last time I am using this Bank of America branch, there are many other better branches close by.
