I made a same day appointment at this branch after trying many other banks in the city and even though I am not a client of Bank of America, Cianna was so kind and helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I will soon be opening up a joint account so I can be a client of this branch. Thank you Cianna!!

Went in there today was met by a pleasant lady and then replaced by a rude guy I in the bank today to get a new bank account I’d been told on the phone certain documents I made sure I did got there today tried to open a bank account I told him the situation what I had he told me I couldn’t open the account so I left I went to there other branch and opened it within an hour without even needing the things they told me on the phone don’t know what the guys issue was but an absolute waste of time for both of us will not be goin... read more
