We came to Bank of America to open an account, and Farzona was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I had an incredible experience working with Laxmi Shrestha over 2 appointments this week. She was incredibly friendly yet professional in getting my personal and business accounts set up. She even went the extra mile to ensure that everything was sorted as quickly as possible due to my tight timeline. It was a pleasure working with her, and the other staff at the branch were friendly as well. I will definitely be returning here for any in-person banking in the future.
