I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a situation that occurred on today at Bank of America located in Linden. I attempted to cash a check issued by one of your bank’s account business holders, corresponding to account, but the transaction was denied without a clear or valid explanation. The check meets all legal requirements and was presented within the appropriate timeframe. Furthermore, it belongs to your institution. The senior banker Domenica was very pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. I went in to deposit a check into a new savings account and she was also able to help me open up a credit card as well as getting me a new debit card sent out. She was a big help! She also helped me choose the right savings account to fit my needs. I was very pleased with this visit and had my expectation exceeded on this visit. Thank you again!
