Worst customer service. Specially on management side.
Very bad service no sense of customer service
I'm with bank of america almost 20 years and have 4 accounts. Move from Glendale Heights to Naperville. Now made an appointment week ago for home equity loan, when I reached that location there's no specialist available for give any kind information. So don't destroy your important time and do something batter.
Very bad service no sense of customer service. Staff does not have any sense on how to take care of customers. 1 star is very generous for this branch. They should get only 0.25 for courtesy of review. No one picks up phone at this location when you walk in and said that they said they are busy. Instead of accommodating customer they were standing there after their earlier appointment was finished and did not bother to take someone in between. Not recommended location.
Today 12/12/24 I visited this location to open up an account. I walked to the building to ask for help, nobody was willing to help. They told me they can’t help me and I have to book an online appointment. I asked them to help me to book the the appointment online , but nobody cares. The manager of this location was very rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. I will never make business with this location again. This is the worst customer experience I ever had in my life.
