DO NOT trust this branch — the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We drove over two hours to this Bank of America location to cash a legitimate settlement check issued by Bank of America itself. I ordered a CD via phone service and did not receive the signature card. After several calls it was clear it would take a while, or if it would even arrive. So I went to the Glendale Heights, IL branch and they immediately completed the signature card for me. They are absolute rock stars with guys like Tom Fantauzzo who is a great branch manager. And Reyna Garcia who got it done
I was hoping to use careless payment for cash back… but I think you can only do this with a Bank of America card.

Worst Bank Experience Ever – This Place Is a Joke This Bank of America (285 E Army Trail Rd, is an absolute joke. I came in to open an account for my younger sibling and add him as an authorized user on my account. Simple enough, right?
