Super helpful
I visited a Bank of America brecently and was very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. While assisting me, the employee was chewing gum loudly and aggressively, which felt extremely disrespectful and distracting. As a customer, I expect a higher level of professionalism and courtesy. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future experiences.

Great experience setting up a new account here with Royce. He guided us through the process thoroughly but efficiently and made us feel like valued clients throughout. Also had a great experience with the teller staff recently. Best B of A branch, by far!
