This bank if terribly understaffed . The gentleman that sits at the desk is miserable I have been a customer for years and he makes me want to take my money and run

Unstaffed. Undertrained. Really hate this branch.
I dropped 900 bucks in a bucket of paint today, total crisis. The tellers helped me make it right in 90 seconds. They both deserve a huge raise!.. line was out the door, people were pissed.
Had a great experience opening a joint account. We met with Roger who thoroughly explained the process and the reward benefits. He also encouraged us to ask questions and was very patient.
