Poor customer service. Weekend, only 1 teller processing checks. I stood there for 30 minutes just for the teller to tell me that they cannot accept a check written by Travel insurance Generali Global Assistance (which apparently has written a check from bank of America account). When asked if they can provide a letter as to how the format of the check written from Bank of American account is incorrect - Answer 'Sir I cannot have this conversation with you." The person managing the front desk was so unhelpful. She just told me “you can’t withdraw your money!” after I came in person to find a solution. No recourse, no phone number. When I asked her if I can do it through the app since there is clearly an option to do the wire transfer on the BOA app she said “you can try?” — okay how about having someone walk me through it since I’m already at the bank? So I ended up just calling to have someone on the phone show me because people are too lazy here to be bothered. Why even have a... read more
