So slow and not enough bankers
This bank has never failed me. I love Bank of America. They are friendly and have plenty of patience.
My account at Bank of America was frozen so I had to go to the Branch. I explained my problem to Shaya Williams, who seemed to be the Branch Manager, and she explained that all the advisors were with clients. Shaya was also busy with various customers. I explained my problem to Shaya and even though she was busy, she managed to help me. I got the Bank fraud department on the phone and Shaya spoke to them and gave them my information so they removed the hold on my account.
