If I could give zero stars I would. I've had an account here for three weeks and it's been nothing but a run around. I deposited a check from another account, it cleared from the other account but BOA would no release the funds into my BOA account. Trying to get a reason is impossible and all I get is an automated number that doesn't help. Meanwhile I can't pay my mortgage. As soon as I can wrest my money away from these thieves I am closing this account. I was warned not to do business with BOA and I didn't listen.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. Terrible service. They aren't open any day after 4pm. They won't help with questions over the phone. I can't wait to switch to a different bank. This bank used to be my go to for everything - not anymore. Terrible!
