Very poor service and time management, I had an appointement at 11:00am, I have been waiting until 11:30am without being taken care of. The service is extremely poor I would advice the BOA Concord branch

Extremely poor customer service. I am a platinum honors member and they treat me without any respect or value. Had such a great experience at Boston office of BoA. Nobody takes ownership. There was an issue with my transaction after I left and nobody cared to let me know. I ended up spending hours on hold with customer service without knowing what happened
Extremely bad service. For a small issue, I came in and they said they solved it. Then I tried my card is still not working. Come back I again, they won’t be able to solve it again. They said I have to make an appointment with the only person can call customer service and come back again!!!! Only one person can make a phone call?
