Very quick and easy to get some forms notarized. Debora was efficient, nice and professional. Mentioned other banking services at the end of course but took my declining it easily and didn’t ask more.

Extremely poor customer service. I am a platinum honors member and they treat me without any respect or value. Had such a great experience at Boston office of BoA. Nobody takes ownership. There was an issue with my transaction after I left and nobody cared to let me know. I ended up spending hours on hold with customer service without knowing what happened
