I have had my money at BofA on 5th Ave S., for the last 20 years in Naples. Today was the last straw, I have over looked so many things, yet today I am voicing my disappointment in the service..... I walk in & there are NO tellers. There is a meeting of four gentleman in the office, while they are all standing and talking. No one greets me, then a lady comes from the office in the back and asks me if I want money.
