Some time ago when I visited there, I was helped by a Korean male banker. He was so helpful and professional which allowed me easy to do banking. This bank is the best one I've ever visited.
Some of the employees at this BOA branch looked having work ethics and discrimination issue. They ( Korean-look male employees) couldn’t treat all clients equally. // I had frustrating experience with a Korean male employee there today. I went to the branch and looked for help about a credit card that I couldn’t activate. 1 teller working 4 people are doing nothing. Clueless and useless personnel. I wasted over 30 min for a 1min simple deposit. Terrible customerservice
Teller ignored me while she claimed she was reviewing her schedule as I waited on line to be helped. The greeter had to inform her I was standing in front of her . She then acted as if my card did not work when I put my debit card in the system and put my pin . She then told me should could not cash my check and needed to deposit even though my husband and I had signed it. She then told me the funds would be released on 2/12 in the morning.
