I recently when there with an irs refund check which are issued by the us an are certified. I spoke to 2 managers who happen to be standing in the main lobby entrance. They both assured me that my funds would be available the next day. I was there on a Tuesday. The teller also confirmed this as well. I’m currently writing this review on a Friday an I still haven’t received my deposit. This is the 3rd time this year this has happened. The other two were checks issued by chase bank. There is always one telling working while everybody else is walking around speaking Spanish and laughing instead of doing there jobs! Horrible customer service! I stood on the line for at least 45 minutes smfh
Servicio terrible… si no fuera por la señorita Annie no vendría a este banco …. Vine arreglar un problema con la cuenta y Annie estaba en su día libre … le expliqué a otra señorita y me dejó esperando simplemente porque quiso … no conocen la palabra amabilidad ni empatía .
