Ridiculous
I’ve been a loyal customer of Bank of America for over 15 years, but my recent experience with Antonio has made me seriously reconsider continuing my relationship with this bank. When I approached him with a few simple questions, he was completely unwilling to help. Instead of assisting me, he told me the system was down—only to try and redirect me to another bank branch. What made the situation worse was that another employee came over shortly afterward and was able to help me immediately—proving that the system wasn’t down... read more
