A mi parecer es mala la atención uno ve en las personas cuando están para servir y colaborar y en esta dirección no me parece que sea así. He visitado otro lugares del mismo banco donde la atención es excelente Esto solo es una crítica que debe utilizarse para mejorar la atención y la ayuda hacia sus clientes en general no tengo ningún inconveniente con el banco me parece execelente.
This branch does not offer teller services but Citi Bank and Chase down the block do. I really don't want to switch Banks but my hand is being forced here. Closest branches with Teller service either require you to drive 15 minutes or take a 45 minute bus ride. You've officially lost me as a customer of over 10 years BOA.
