We recently had an excellent experience at the Closter BOA! Dominic was knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind and pleasant to work with. He paid close attention to detail, and checked with the staff on anything that needed further clarification. The service they provided was exceptional, and took care of everything we needed. Great job!

I had a very frustrating experience at the Bank of America branch in Closter, NJ (15 Vervalen St.). I went in to withdraw $8,000 from my own account. Although a check was still processing, my account clearly showed the funds as available balance. Despite this, Anait and Sandra both refused to release my money and were extremely stubborn, offering no reasonable explanation or solution.
