I had a very frustrating experience at the Bank of America branch in Closter, NJ (15 Vervalen St.). I went in to withdraw $8,000 from my own account. Although a check was still processing, my account clearly showed the funds as available balance. Despite this, Anait and Sandra both refused to release my money and were extremely stubborn, offering no reasonable explanation or solution. The ATM is usually always working, but it's really slow moving inside if you ever need anything done. Plan ahead and expect to not be seen in a timely manner, the staff are friendly though.

The person whe named "Ruth" demonstrated unprofessional behavior and poor job knowledge. She was rude, made me wait unnecessarily, and provided absolutely no solution.” And Alex is not listening client's word. He's just repeat samething.
