Unfortunately I cannot post negative number. Every single operation at the branch takes minimum an hour. It looks like a game, all the employees pretend they do not see you. They are absolutely in incompetent and are looking at their watch when to go home. Not a single time I was able to reach the branch over the phone. If you can avoid doing business in this branch do it
I had a positive experience with the manager Ruth who took time to hear my situation and sat with me until the issue was entirely resolved. I tried to pay a contractor with a bank check I purchased from this location, and the contractor was notified the funds would not be available for 7 days. Ruth called BoA to explain both our accounts are with BoA, the Bank Check was purchased from her BoA location, and that all information has already been verified so funds should be immediately available. The worst customer service! I can’t believe they’re my bank! Seriously thinking about closing my account there that I’ve had for over 20 years!! I didn’t get the name of the female that I was speaking to but she was so rude. I needed to stop payment on a check that got lost and she kept on repeating you have Mobil app? Use it. I’m like????????? She wouldn’t let me talk she just kept on repeating use Mobil app and I literally had to scream STOP!! can you let me talk? She then transferred me to some 800 customer service number... read more
