This is a wonderful bank if you like going to their branch repeatedly just to open account and then sit on hold endlessly when you want to use your account. Opening accounts, accessing your account on-line, paying bills on-line, using an app - it's all so complicated and never seems to work but don't worry, they're "sorry" and if you'll just call another number and wait on hold again they will take care of the problem - but they never do. By far worst branch I have been to and I have been to quite alot. Slowest service ever and very incompetent for simple transactions that I do at every single other branch in 5 minutes or less literally took 30plus minutes. Between waiting behind only one person and then having to wait additional time to cash a BoA payroll check because they didnt know what to do. Big negative on this branch ,avoid it.
