9/8/2025- Husband came to cash a check drawn out of BOA holder's account. Teller working, didn't greet him. Asked him what he wanted, grimaced at the check amout (less than 5k) and told him to go ask the front door greeter for assistance...huh?! Customer service is minimum here. Been banking with BOA for over 15+ years, and that ends today. Terrible.Â
Renee has been helping me for the last year and a half work on an estate account. She was very caring, knowledgeable and made herself available whenever I needed her. I highly recommend her and give her 10 stars!!!Â
They never speak and ask you anything when you first walk in !! There customer service is thumbs down !! Renee the teller wasn't friendly handed me my money , put it on the counter and said nothing else no envelope, have a nice day or come again just blunt ! Very sad!Â
Definitely the worst branch ever. The people employed there won't even lift a pen if they were asked to do so. Pathetic attitude.Â
