I would like to take this time to thank Renee Cicero for being so helpful with a very dangerous scam issue, she assisted me on my phone how to be extremely cautious and showed me what would be useful turning on certain advisories on my phone. I really appreciate what she did for me.
9/8/2025- Husband came to cash a check drawn out of BOA holder's account. Teller working, didn't greet him. Asked him what he wanted, grimaced at the check amout (less than 5k) and told him to go ask the front door greeter for assistance...huh?! Customer service is minimum here. Been banking with BOA for over 15+ years, and that ends today. Terrible.
