I noticed that they literally removed my review that I left over the summer about their customer service. So I’m adding my one star review again. They need to do better when it comes to communication with their customers. The branch manager was not nice to myself and my mother when we were directed by one of her employees to go wait for a pin reset. The worst customer service ever. Rude staff and not willing to help. Cludia and Chetna, didn't want to help with credit card issues. They wanted us to leave and deal with customer servise on the phone. Regardless they see my sick old dad which is getting treated from cancer. I instead them to stay and get help. The worst location ever.
Terrible service
I was fortunate to receive assistance from Chetna. She helped me fill out one of my tax forms and guided me through setting up my account with complete patience and professionalism. She explained everything clearly, made the entire process seamless, and went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step.
