Worst customer service and rude staff. They were in rush to close operations at 3:15pm.
I just opened an account here this week. I called the office 5 times today. only 2 times I was able to speak with someone. Both times, the weren't able to answer my questions so they forwarded me to customer service, both times. After sitting on the phone, entering in my account number, than the last 4 digits of my social, the automated machine asked me a plethora of useless questions. Only one tailor at a time. And they slow. Lines are all the way to out and it's every day. Don't understand why they have one tailor. Never seen bank that has one tailor. Waiting for more then 20min. Haited to go to this branch.
