Went to deposit a check, only one window is open and I understood the client was having difficulty with locating account but the second representative Jane decided to help the customers in the line and ignored me completely 3 times though I was the first one to be in the que. Clearly she was picking to help only those who were Caucasian’s When complained to the manager she gave an excuse that she is aware of it and it was un intentionalÂ
Tina is an amazing person. I had an issue activating my mother’s debit card after getting locked. I have been going into circles with many obstacles. But Tina with her lovely smile welcomed us to her office, and with very kind, efficient and caring attitude she helped us solving our problem. This experience was one of my best ever. Thank you Tina.Â
Although the staff is very friendly, this location is terrible if you need a teller and there’s a small line as your wait can be quite long. The manager always comes to the line to ask what you’re there for to try to expedite but when everyone needs teller services, there’s nothing they can do. Convenience is everything these days and this location completely fails in that aspect.
