I love this banking center. They've helped me out tremendously with different issues I've had with my accounts along with letting me understand my finances in every way possible. Gigi goes above and beyond to make things happen and if they bank is closed they have 2 atms for quick and easy access. Not sure what these negative reviews are about never had those type of experiences.
I had a frustrating experience at the bank while trying to deposit checks into my business account. The manager, Gigi, refused to approve my deposit because the checks didn’t include my business name with “LLC” on them, which I found absurd since the checks were clearly for my business. Additionally, she rejected deposits made out to my personal name, even though I explained that the account is under both my personal and business name. Este y todos los atms están dando falla hoy febrero 7 2025 a las 10:30 pm realice un depósito de $55 el cual eran 2 billetes de $20 1 de $10 y 1 de $5 el momento que incerte los billetes se cierra la puerta la máquina empieza a contar y en un segundo expulsa los billetes y toca volver a incertar pero la máquina se congeló y estaba cargando por un buen rato sin darme opciones de nada y de repente se sale de la transacción y como volver a iniciar la transacción no me dió recibo y nada solamente cuando volví a depositar en mi c... read more
