There is literally constantly something wrong with this bank and today I’m delaying eating food just so that I can go deposit cash and once again I am unable to do that because there’s something wrong with the ATM.
I had a bad experience with this bank. In 15 May, I went to cash a check. An Indian woman told me she couldn't cash my check. I asked her why. She said the system wouldn't allow me to cash it. She also said the check was scamers, as far as she knew. I didn't believe her. But I went to Bank of America in North Plainfield. The service there was excellent. They helped me cash my check the same day. The check wasn't a scamer. I never come back again to this bank in Middlesex nj
I love this banking center. They've helped me out tremendously with different issues I've had with my accounts along with letting me understand my finances in every way possible. Gigi goes above and beyond to make things happen and if they bank is closed they have 2 atms for quick and easy access. Not sure what these negative reviews are about never had those type of experiences.
