Because of the poor customer service at this Bank of America location, I have decided to close my account. I have had enough of the experience here. I came to this branch and the teller was taking too long and spending time chatting with customers while others were waiting. My time is valuable, and I should not have to waste it. After 11 years with Bank of America, I am closing my account. I do not recommend this location based on my experience.
There is literally constantly something wrong with this bank and today I’m delaying eating food just so that I can go deposit cash and once again I am unable to do that because there’s something wrong with the ATM.
I had a bad experience with this bank. In 15 May, I went to cash a check. An Indian woman told me she couldn't cash my check. I asked her why. She said the system wouldn't allow me to cash it. She also said the check was scamers, as far as she knew. I didn't believe her. But I went to Bank of America in North Plainfield. The service there was excellent. They helped me cash my check the same day. The check wasn't a scamer. I never come back again to this bank in Middlesex nj
