If I could, I would give 10 stars! ********** I was confused & feeling overwhelmed with making the necessary changes/updates to my mom’s accounts after she passed. I went to the Colonia B.o.A branch & met with Anne Longenhagen. Anne is simply AWESOME!!! She not only explained the forms I needed to complete, but she actually took the time to fill out the forms for me & also make phone calls to expedite the process.
