Great bank! I have been banking with them for years!
My apologies for my very delayed repsonse. I went to this Bank of America located at 400 Central Ave, Lawrence, NY 11559, on the day of 1/14/23. I entered the bank at 12:50PM and I was told at 2:22PM that they could open a checking and savings account for me and then 1 minute later they stated that I did not open any accounts with them and that I could not deposit any money into the accounts that I opened with them. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! My father has been going to this branch for the past week trying to open an account and they keep telling him to go the following day. When my father finally thought they were going to take care of him (after waiting 2 hours), he was told to come the following morning because they don’t have time to open the account for him.
