This bank is the absolute worst bank in the united states I dont understand how they operate and how they have very little information about how they do things and dont know anything. I was scammed in this bank and the one I had before. I had both accounts at the same time and when my lawyer asked me to get the wire transfers the other bank just sat down with me as a walk in and was able to print them off. Awful attitude by the staff and manager. The staff at this Bank of America needs training from the nearby Apple Bank, Chase or CitiBank, to discover that bank customers are human beings, not to treat them like garbage. Disgusting. And the useless fake response to reach out to their social media person via Facebook or Onstagram link is a pretentious crock and brush off (just try the link and it takes you nowhere helpful).
