Worst branch. Completely empty when I got to Bank. Waited 30 min to to speak to 3 mgrs in office with no customers in there. Still service. Will not go back to this bank

Came in here today for the first time to open a CD account. Susanne helped me & she was AMAZING! Very professional & kind. She was very thorough & made sure I understood everything before I left. She helped me navigate where I can view my CD account on the Bank of America app. Today was a very pleasant experience
Unprofessional, understaffed, slow moving can’t even process a simple deposit correctly. Place needs a serious revamp in management. Absolute shame
This branch employees have some bias problem. Yesterday I went there to change some foreign currency. The lady at the counter said they didn't change the currency of UAE Dhiram. Then the lady manager (I think) shouted, "We don't change them." Today I took them to another BoA branch; without any problem, I cashed them.
