Came in here today for the first time to open a CD account. Susanne helped me & she was AMAZING! Very professional & kind. She was very thorough & made sure I understood everything before I left. She helped me navigate where I can view my CD account on the Bank of America app. Today was a very pleasant experience
Unprofessional, understaffed, slow moving can’t even process a simple deposit correctly. Place needs a serious revamp in management. Absolute shame
This branch employees have some bias problem. Yesterday I went there to change some foreign currency. The lady at the counter said they didn't change the currency of UAE Dhiram. Then the lady manager (I think) shouted, "We don't change them." Today I took them to another BoA branch; without any problem, I cashed them.
I was very pleased with the service here. Anna was very helpful and professional. She helped me understand everything. I recommend this branch to everyone.
Very disappointed with the location first of all had an appointment at 10am and than someone else went in front of us and second they only had one teller the woman in the front we told her we needed to do a transfer and told us to wait for the teller 15 min wait on the line than to be told the teller doesn’t do wire transfer I like the Levittown location so much better the team and staff are always on point at that location Its pass 10:45 still not have been seen with our appointment We had an appointment at 10am this is jus... read more
