Waiting forever on a 10 person line with one teller and three ppl watching over him. There are several other ppl behind the counter with no one helping at all. Terrible service.
I have had nothing but exceptional experiences every time I visit this Bank of America. I have been a long time client for many years, and my business partner and I use this branch regularly for our local ice cream shop. I am there weekly for deposits and change orders, and every single time I leave with a smile on my face. Over time, I’ve gotten to know some of the staff, and one of my favorites recently retired. Worst branch. Completely empty when I got to Bank. Waited 30 min to to speak to 3 mgrs in office with no customers in there. Still service. Will not go back to this bank

Came in here today for the first time to open a CD account. Susanne helped me & she was AMAZING! Very professional & kind. She was very thorough & made sure I understood everything before I left. She helped me navigate where I can view my CD account on the Bank of America app. Today was a very pleasant experience
