The tellers are nice enough and knowledgeable but there are extremely long wait times that are absurd and frankly incomprehensible - 30 minutes and only 3 or 4 people get processed during that time? How inefficient is that?? Moreover, I waited 40 minutes to see a teller just so I can access the locker. Meanwhile the lockers were totally empty in the entirety of the 40 minute wait. I spent 3 hours morning.Really feel bored .I don’t know the staff’s takes to much time for everything and they to slow just talk each other don’t care about customer this is my one of the worst experience
I visited Bank of America today and was warmly welcomed by Ed and Sanowar. They were both extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The branch opened exactly on time, and the service I received was efficient and smooth from start to finish. If you're looking to open an account or simply speak with someone kind and approachable, I highly recommend visiting this branch. Ed and Sanowar made the experience feel personal and welcoming truly great customer service!

Hello unfortunately I went yesterday to this branch of Bank of America to open my joint account and I spent 3 hours there with my kids finally after 3 hours we did the process of application they put my file on process and today morning I got a e-mail that my file declined for no reason I don’t know why and I’m trying to call that branch from last 2 hours no one answering phone I don’t know the staff’s takes to much time for everything and they to slow just talk each other don’t care about customer this is my one of the wors... read more
